Projects requirements

The IJsbrand fire station was one of the seven objects where the Zoncoalitie supported the Amsterdam-Amstelland Fire Department in making it more sustainable. Each barracks was provided with a suitable PV system.

Our support and solution

Zoncoalitie took care of the subsidy application and the technical feasibility studies of the various fire stations. We also advised the Amsterdam-Amstelland Fire Brigade on the possible financial constructions for the production of solar energy. We then went together to look at the requirements for the various PV installations and based on that we were able to make a targeted inquiry to our members (providers of solar energy). Ultimately, we were able to successfully link Janszon to the Amsterdam-Amstelland Fire Department to realize the solar power project.

Zoncoalitie advised the Amsterdam-Amstelland Fire Department on the realization of the solar project. As a result, a collaboration between the Amsterdam-Amstelland Fire Department and JansZon has been established. An intensive process in which JansZon Fire Service Amsterdam-Amstelland has supported and relieved as much as possible in achieving its sustainable objectives.
