Neighborhood center ‘De Driehoek’ in Amsterdam has been enjoying solar energy since 2018. With the 39 solar panels on the roof, they can facilitate this meeting place with heat and electricity. They now also propagate the idea of Buurtcentrum de Driehoek to take care of the neighborhood through the contribution by reducing CO2 emissions.
Our solution and support
Zoncoalitie assisted Buurtcentrum de Driehoek by advising them on the roof and the solar panels. In order to handle the space as carefully as possible and to present the possibilities of solar energy to them, we have provided the technical feasibility studies. In this way, a good picture can be sketched of potential and a good match can be sought, which ultimately led to the link with Janszon.
Results
The Triangle neighborhood home has been equipped with solar panels since 2017. The collaboration with Janszon was very successful and the solar power project was completed quickly and accurately.
• 39 solar panels installed • Roof area: 51 M2 • System power: 11 kWp • Power supply: 4 households per year • CO2 reduction: 6,000 CO2 per year
